MISSIONS MISSION #2 Design Contest You Might Be Artists for They Might Be Giants Get creative with They Might Be Giants as your muse! A lot of you have expressed your desire to get creative in promoting They Might Be Giants. Here's your chance! Our second mission is a design contest for all of our artists and not-quite-sure-you're-artists out there. We want you to design banner ads, buddy icons, or other TMBG artwork. It's your choice what to make. The design contest is a "continuous mission" which means we want you to keep sending in all your stellar creations until the end of time. We'll make the best ones available for download on our site. If your design is chosen, you'll win our special TEAM TMBG official t-shirt or another one of our cool prizes. If they're really good we might even used your design for a poster, sticker, or something else. Your designs can promote the band (for example: "Album in stores now" or "Check out www.tmbg.com"), or any other TMBG product. Example: "CHECK OUT THE SPINE, In Stores now! You can also make designs to advertise our fabulous Street Team, inviting everyone to join, with a link to join. Not an artist? You've got options: Write banner ad slogans and get a friend or fellow team member to do the design. Come up with Email Signatures or Away Messages (for Instant Messaging) that other members can use.
